By accessing or using Student Performance Analyser ("the Service"), operated by CRO Technologies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is for faculty and authorised staff. Accounts require email verification and administrator approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
- Use result data only for legitimate academic and institutional purposes.
- Do not use the Service to harass, profile, or publicly expose individual students, or in any way that breaches applicable privacy laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
3. Source data and third parties
Results are retrieved from the official RGPV result portal. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by RGPV. Your use of RGPV data is subject to RGPV's own rules and applicable law, and you are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to access and use that data.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
Result data is provided by the source portal and may be incomplete, delayed, or revised. The Service presents analysis on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that results, calculations, or trends are accurate or current. Always verify against the official record before relying on any figure.
5. Availability
The Service may be unavailable, may change, or may be discontinued at any time. Fetching depends on the availability and behaviour of the source portal, which we do not control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRO Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or any result data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
